Return and Refund Policy

At Native Indian Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that are carefully packed and shipped. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, expired, or eligible unused product, you may request a return, replacement, exchange, or refund as per the policy below.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Products Eligible for Return

Native Indian Organics accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in new condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, labels, invoice, and accessories if any.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • For damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products, customers must provide clear photos or videos for verification.

Non-defective products can be returned only if they are unused, unopened, and in original sellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened seed packets
  • Used or partially used products
  • Seeds that have already been planted or tested for germination
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products without original packaging, labels, or invoice
  • Products affected by improper storage after delivery
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

Due to the sensitive nature of seeds, organic gardening products, bio fertilizers, and plant care items, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

4. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Expired Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must share clear photos or videos of the product, package, and invoice for verification.

Once verified, we will provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund

5. Seed Germination Disclaimer

We supply quality seeds, but germination depends on several external factors such as soil quality, water level, temperature, sunlight, sowing depth, seed storage, and growing method.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee germination results once seeds are opened, planted, or used.

However, if you believe there is a genuine product issue, you may contact us with photos, order details, and growing conditions. We will review the case and provide a fair resolution where applicable.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Exchanges are available for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Expired product received
  • Eligible unused and unopened products

The original product must be returned and verified before a replacement is dispatched.

7. Return Method

For approved eligible returns, Native Indian Organics will arrange return collection from the same address where the order was delivered.

Customers must contact our support team and receive return approval before pickup is arranged.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

The product must be packed safely in its original packaging with labels, invoice, and accessories if any.

8. Return Fees and Shipping Charges

There is no restocking fee for approved returns.

For verified damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products, Native Indian Organics will bear the return pickup or shipping cost.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return pickup or shipping charges. The return pickup or shipping charge will be informed before the return is processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired product.

9. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 48 hours after inspection.

After the refund is initiated, the amount may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s bank account, card, UPI, or original payment method, depending on the payment provider.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. However, customers may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under this policy.
