Instructions to Grow – Step by Step

  1. Soak the Seeds : Soak the seeds in clean water for 4–6 hours before sowing to improve germination.

  2. Prepare the Growing Tray : Fill a tray with 1–2 inches of well-draining potting mix or coco coir. Moisten it lightly.

  3. Sow the Seeds :Evenly scatter the soaked seeds over the surface. Gently press them into the soil.

  4. Cover and Keep Moist : Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil or another tray. Keep the surface moist by misting once or twice daily.

  5. Wait for Germination (2–3 Days) : Keep the tray covered for 2–3 days in a warm spot until sprouts appear.

  6. Expose to Light : Once sprouts emerge, remove the cover and place the tray where it gets 4–6 hours of indirect sunlight or under grow lights.

  7. Continue Watering : Mist lightly every day to keep the soil moist but not soggy. Ensure good airflow to prevent mold.

  8. Harvest : In 7–10 days, when the microgreens reach 2–3 inches tall and leaves are fully open, cut just above the soil using garden scissors.
