Cauliflower Microgreen seeds

• Use cauliflower microgreen seeds or untreated cauliflower seeds
  

Growing Medium

• Cocopeat + compost (1:1)

• OR potting mix

• OR grow mats (jute/hydroponic)

Fill tray with 2–3 cm medium and level it.

Sowing

1. Lightly moisten the soil

2. Sprinkle seeds evenly (dense but not overlapping heavily)

3. Press seeds gently (do NOT bury)

4. Mist with water

Germination (Blackout Stage)

• Cover tray with another tray or lid

• Keep in dark place for 2–3 days

• Mist once or twice daily

Seeds will sprout fast 

Light Stage

• Once sprouts lift the cover:

  • Move to indirect sunlight or grow light

• Avoid harsh direct sun

• Water from bottom or gentle spray

Harvest

• Ready in 8–12 days

• Height: 5–7 cm

• Cut just above soil using scissors

Taste & Use

• Mild, slightly peppery

• Great for:

  • Salads 

  • Sandwiches 

  • Garnish

  • Smoothies

Overwatering → fungus
Poor air circulation
Using treated seeds

• Humidity: Moderate

• No fertilizer needed
