When I ordered this packet I mainly wanted to test whether pea microgreens were actually easier than leafy vegetables. The answer became obvious within a week. Germination was energetic and the seedlings pushed upward with surprising speed. I grew them during a warm spell and expected weak stems, yet they remained thick and juicy. The shoots tasted naturally sweet and needed almost nothing added before eating.

One edge lagged behind, the rest looked fantastic.

The shoots came up strong and held up well during the growing period. Overall, I was happy with how the batch turned out.
