I run a small terrace garden and usually rotate different microgreen varieties through the year. Red amaranth stood out mainly because of its appearance. By the fourth day I noticed even sprouting, and by harvest time the tray carried a rich reddish tone that made the crop look premium. Growth stayed compact, stems were not weak, and I didn't face fungal issues despite humid weather. The flavour remained mild enough for family meals. If someone enjoys visually attractive microgreens, this has been one of the better performers in my setup.

I was initially doubtful because previous microgreen purchases from other sellers gave inconsistent germination. This packet changed that impression. I sowed densely in cocopeat, misted twice daily, and within days the surface became evenly covered. Harvested around day ten. The colour stayed vibrant and the yield justified the tray space. One small issue was that I had to monitor moisture carefully during a hot week, but that is more about my environment than the seed quality. Overall a very positive growing experience.
