- Fill your container with coco peat (1 to 1.5 inches deep), lightly add water to keep cocopeat soil moist, not wet.
- Sprinkle spinach seeds generously over the coco peat and press them in lightly.
- Cover spinach seeds with a sprinkle of coco peat.
- Mist the seeds with water and cover the container with a plastic lid.
- Water lightly daily (every 12 hours if needed) to keep the spinach seeds moist.
- After 4-5 days, remove the plastic lid to let the germinated seeds get sunlight.
- Water once a day as your microgreens grow and gain color.
