Growing Instructions for Spinach (Palak) Microgreens Seeds 
Our Spinach (Palak) microgreens seeds are untreated, non-GMO, and open-pollinated. Each packet contains 100 grams of Spinach microgreens seeds. Here's how to grow them: 
  1. Fill your container with coco peat (1 to 1.5 inches deep), lightly add water to keep cocopeat soil moist, not wet.
  2. Sprinkle spinach seeds generously over the coco peat and press them in lightly.
  3. Cover spinach seeds with a sprinkle of coco peat.
  4. Mist the seeds with water and cover the container with a plastic lid.
  5. Water lightly daily (every 12 hours if needed) to keep the spinach seeds moist.
  6. After 4-5 days, remove the plastic lid to let the germinated seeds get sunlight.
  7. Water once a day as your microgreens grow and gain color.
  8. Follow these 7 step you will cultivate tasty spinach (palaki) microgreens in 7-9 days.
