Post-run smoothie base

I add clover microgreens to my post-run smoothie banana, dates, clover microgreens, almond milk. The greens don't fight the flavour. They quietly add what I'm missing.

Four weeks of continuous growing

I maintain two trays at all times now, started a week apart. One tray is always ready. Clover microgreens became my system, not just a product.

Tiny seeds, careful spreading needed

These are some of the smallest seeds I've handled in microgreens. Spreading too thickly leads to clumping. A light hand with distribution gives better germination spread.

My mother's arthritis diet helper

I grow these for my 73-year-old mother who follows an anti-inflammatory diet. Her doctor approved adding microgreens. Clover is her favourite because it doesn't fight with anything else on the plate.

No strong flavour intentional choice

I chose clover microgreens because I wanted nutrition without flavour interference. They work. Add them to anything without changing the dish. Neutral microgreen champion.

Lemon water with clover microgreens

Unconventional. Crushed a small handful into my morning lemon water and let them steep 5 minutes then strained. The water had a gentle earthiness. Hydration ritual upgraded.

Simple Everyday Variety

Nothing complicated about growing this one. It worked well in a basic tray setup and gave me a fresh batch without much effort.

The quietest microgreen in the best way

Most microgreens announce themselves mustard burns, radish bites, sunflower crunches. Clover is silent. It nourishes without drama. That's the point for me.

Sprouts vs microgreens why I chose micro

I grew clover sprouts for years. Switched to clover microgreens after trying them once. Root-free, soil-grown, cleaner to handle. Different experience entirely. Microgreens won.

Misting technique took practice

First tray: I misted with a garden sprayer set too strong. Seeds washed to one corner. Switched to a fine mist bottle. Second tray perfect distribution. Learn from me.

Germination is very dense careful with moisture

Such tiny seeds germinate thickly. If you mist too much, the middle of the tray gets waterlogged. Mist lightly and let it breathe. Once you figure that out: excellent results.

Light requirement misunderstood initially

Clover microgreens don't want direct harsh sun. I fried my first batch on a south-facing terrace in May. Indirect morning light: perfect. Shade cloth helps in summer.

This topped my homemade pizza

I replaced arugula with clover microgreens on my pizza. The freshness after baking is similar added right at serving. Mild, not overpowering. Will keep doing this.
